We strive to create a place that people want to be; the most important of those people are our team members. In order to provide a safe, fun, and fair place to work, we wanted to create a platform where you could share your concerns in a confidential, and if required, anonymous capacity. We have constructed a website for you that does not require your email or any personal information so you can feel confident expression yourself.
Examples of information you may wish to share:
– Knowledge of harassment or misconduct by a team member, guest, or manager
– Knowledge of theft (of personal effects, or Brewhouse property)
– Blatant, ongoing Breach of Company Policies
– Anything else that affects your work or makes your workplace uncomfortable
**This Program is not intended to settle personal disputes between co-workers. We trust that most minor issues can be resolved within your management team.**
What happens after I have submitted information?
If you have selected that you wish to be contacted confidentially, someone in Human Resources will reach out at a time that works best for you. Otherwise, if you wish to remain anonymous, Human Resources will review the issue and determine if an investigation is required and they will proceed from there. If there is no change in your particular situation and you wish to follow-up, you may submit a further inquiry through the CIP website.
All allegations will be treated seriously.
